BDAR holds regular 'Passenger Have Your Say' sessions, where passengers are invited to meet managers and provide feedback about the services they are using. We also carry out larger scale surveys which help provide us with information about our passenger needs and the ways in which our services might be developed to meet these needs.

“I am most grateful for the service – it’s such a pleasure to be picked up from door to door. Without this I wouldn’t bother to go out very often and it’s nice to go to a club and mix with other people rather than stay at home alone. Thank you.”

“I suffer from arthritis and have found the Dial-a-Ride wonderful. I don’t walk too well and the drivers are very kind helping with my shopping. I don’t think I would be able to get out shopping if it wasn’t for Dial-a-Ride. Also the ladies in the office, they’re wonderful.”
“I would like to say thank you for Dial-a-Ride. Getting on a bus, using a walking stick and carrying shopping was almost impossible and I’m very grateful for the service. Your staff are lovely.”
