To apply for membership of Bristol Dial-a-Ride you must first accept the following terms and conditions.
  • Members of Bristol Dial-a-Ride have a responsibility to ensure that they are at the pick up address and ready to travel up to 15 minutes prior to the negotiated collection time.
  • They should also ensure that they are at the agree pick-up point for their return trip at the time stated by the driver on their outward journey, or by the booking office staff if it is a one-way trip.
  • Bristol Dial-a-Ride accepts no responsibility for the cost of alternative transport if these guidelines have not been adhered to.
  • Bristol Dial-a-Ride accepts no responsibility for the personal belongings of members travelling on their vehicles.
  • Proceeding with the membership application form will be taken as confirmation that a passenger is unable to use ordinary public transport. Bristol Dial-a-Ride members have a responsibility to inform a member of staff if this is no longer the case.
  • The staff at Bristol Dial-a-Ride have a duty to ensure the safety of all its members. Passengers are requested to comply with any requests from staff which are designed to enable them to perform this role comprehensively. Passengers also have a duty to other travellers to behave in a safe and courteous manner at all times.
