'Providing Quality Transport Services to Disabled People'

Citywide Service

Funded by Bristol City Council

Bristol Dial-a-Ride's Citywide Service provides accessible, door-to-door transport to any destination in Bristol.

Who can use the service:

You must be a Bristol Dial-a-Ride member to use the service.

Membership is open to:

  • Disabled and older people who cannot use public transport (or find it very difficult to). We don't ask for you to prove your eligibility, you assess your own need for the service.
  • People who live within the Bristol City boundaries

When and where can I go?

You can use Bristol Dial-a-Ride's citywide service to go anywhere you want in Bristol. We pick you up from your house and take you to the door of your destination (where access makes possible). The minibuses run on weekdays, Monday to Thursdays 9am-5pm and from 9am-4.30pm on Fridays.

How often can I travel?

Due to the high demand for these services, we often have to limit passengers to one return journey per week. However, if there is availability you can travel more often.

When do I book my journey and how much does it cost?

Most journeys are booked one day in advance on a first come, first served basis, by calling our booking line.
